After carrying out years of dedicated, extensive research and now proudly possessing a deep understanding of essential oils, I am always hard pressed when it comes to naming one 'favourite' essential oil.
Bergamot is the oil of self-acceptance; Helichrysum the oil of pain and forgiveness; Frankincense the oil of Truth; Melissa the oil of Light; Ginger the oil of Empowerment; the list goes on and on.
